Return & Refund Policy

We at OJOKEO have designed each product to deliver the best possible results with complete transparency. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you wish to return a product, please reach out to us, and we will handle the process for you.

 

Cases Eligible for Refunds/Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

  1. You received the wrong product
  2. You received a damaged product
  3. You received an expired product

If any of the above applies, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

 

How to Raise a Return/Refund Request

To initiate a return or refund request, email us at care@ojokeo.com with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Note: No return or claim will be accepted or valid after 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

Process for Returns

  1. Request Review: Allow us 48 hours to review your return or refund request.
  2. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will collect the order directly from your location.
  3. Inspection: After receiving the returned order, our team will inspect the product.
  4. Refund Approval: If the issue is verified, our team will process the refund within 24 hours.
